What is CT/RT/LM Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, and Lead Management?

Choice Theory

Choice Theory, developed by Dr. William Glasser, is a psychological theory that posits individuals make choices in their behavior to satisfy their basic needs.
According to Choice Theory, people have five basic needs: survival, love and belonging, power, freedom, and fun.
The theory emphasizes personal responsibility and the idea that individuals have the power to choose their behavior in order to meet their needs.

Reality Therapy

Reality Therapy is a therapeutic approach also developed by Dr. William Glasser. It is based on the principles of Choice Theory and focuses on helping individuals take control of their lives by making positive choices to fulfill their needs.
Reality Therapy emphasizes personal accountability, the importance of present-focused thinking, and making realistic plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead Management

Lead Management, on the other hand, is a concept related to sales and marketing.
It involves the process of identifying, tracking, and managing potential customers (leads) through various stages of the sales pipeline.
Lead Management includes strategies and techniques for capturing leads, nurturing relationships with them, and ultimately converting them into customers. While Lead Management isn't directly associated with Dr. William Glasser, it's an important aspect of sales and marketing in business contexts
