Individual Sessions

At Mind Body Dynamics, we recognize that adults and children may encounter unique challenges. Through our customised 'balance' sessions, we strive to cater to each individual's needs, striving to guarantee that you fully benefit from this unique experience.

For Adults

Be it a method for self-maintenance or a tool to address various challenges an adult may face, in a ‘balance’ session we facilitate goal setting combined with muscle monitoring and other techniques to identify imbalances and enhance overall functionality through a technique known as muscle testing. Your body communicates with you through various signals such as pain, symptoms, and emotional hurdles. Our practice aims to assist you in deciphering these bodily cues.
